Photos from the awesome run-a-much mud festival 5K run yesterday. This was my first run ever and it was a blast.

5k Run - Kids 1/2 Mile Run

Today Gretchen and the kids ran in a fun run. Gretchen and our friend Courtney ran in a 5K run. Gretchen came in with an impressive 24 minutes. The kids ran in a 1/2 mile run and Mya finished in under 4 minutes - Michael finished in 4 minutes exactly. A good day of fun running...

Both Mya and Paige were on the front page of the Pottstown, Mercury today.
